CIRCULAR
Issuing Quality Management Procedures for Investigation, Survey and Clearance of Explosive Remnants of War
Pursuant to Decree No. 164/2017/NĐ-CP dated December 30, 2017 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of National Defence;
Pursuant to Decree No. 18/2019/NĐ-CP dated February 1, 2019 of the Government on management and implementation of activities to mitigate the consequences of explosive remnants of war after the war;
At the proposal of the Commander of the Engineering Corps;
The Minister of National Defence issues this Circular issuing Quality Management Procedures for Investigation, Survey and Clearance of Explosive Remnants of War.
Article 1. This Circular hereby promulgates the Quality Management Procedures for Investigation, Survey and Clearance of Explosive Remnants of War attached hereto.
Article 2. This Circular takes effect from November 20, 2021.
Article 3. The Deputy Chief of General Staff, the Commander of the Engineering Corps, Heads of agencies, units, organizations and individuals concerned are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
