DECISION OF THE STATE PRESIDENT
Regarding the Granting of Vietnamese Citizenship
PRESIDENT OF THE SOCIALIST REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
Pursuant to Article 103 and Article 106 of the Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam in 1992, as amended and supplemented by Resolution No. 51/2001/QH10 dated December 25, 2001 of the Tenth National Assembly, tenth session;
WHEREAS, the Law on Vietnamese Nationality 1998;
Considering the proposal of the Government at the Report No. 106/CP-XDPL dated September 13, 2005,
DECISION:
Article 1. Grant Vietnamese citizenship to the three individuals (male or female) listed in the attached list.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of issuance.
The Prime Minister, the Minister of Justice, the Director of the President's Office, and the individuals named in the list referred to in Article 1 shall be responsible for implementing this Decision.
