THE MINISTER OF LABOR, WAR INVALIDS AND SOCIAL AFFAIRS
Pursuant to Decree No. 86/2002/NĐ-CP dated November 5, 2002 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of ministries equivalent to ministerial level;
Pursuant to Decree No. 29/2003/NĐ-CP dated March 31, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs;
Pursuant to Decision No. 61/2000/QĐ-TTg dated June 5, 2000 of the Prime Minister on the establishment of the National Committee for HIV/AIDS Prevention and Control and Prostitution Suppression;
Pursuant to Decision No. 151/2000/QĐ-TTg dated December 28, 2000 of the Prime Minister approving the Action Program against prostitution for the period 2001-2005;
Pursuant to Decision No. 613/2001/QĐ-BLĐTBXH dated July 2, 2001 of the Minister of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs on the establishment of the inter-sectoral working group for prevention and suppression of prostitution;
At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Social Evils Prevention and Control.
DECISION:
Article 1. The accompanying this Decision is the Regulation on the operation of the inter-sectoral working group for prevention and suppression of prostitution.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
This Decision replaces Decision No. 1017/2001/QĐ-BLĐTBXH dated October 3, 2001 of the Minister of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs on the issuance of the Regulation on the operation of the inter-sectoral working group for prevention and suppression of prostitution.
Article 3. Members of the inter-sectoral working group for prevention and suppression of prostitution, Director of the Department of Social Evils Prevention and Control are responsible for implementing this Decision.
