REGARDING THE ISSUANCE OF REGULATIONS ON THE OPERATIONS OF THE INTER-DEPARTMENTAL TASK FORCE FOR PROSTITUTION PREVENTION AND CONTROL
THE MINISTER OF LABOR, WAR INVALIDS AND SOCIAL AFFAIRS

Pursuant to Decree No. 86/2002/NĐ-CP dated November 5, 2002 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry,
which is at the level of a ministry;

Pursuant to Decree No. 29/2003/NĐ-CP dated March 31, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs;

Pursuant to Decision No. 61/2000/QĐ-TTg dated June 5, 2000 of the Prime Minister on the establishment of the National Committee for HIV/AIDS Prevention and Control and Prostitution Prevention and Control;

Pursuant to Decision No. 151/2000/QĐ-TTg dated December 28, 2000 of the Prime Minister approving the Action Program against prostitution for the period 2001-2005.

Pursuant to Decision No. 613/2001/QĐ-BLĐTBXH dated July 2, 2001 of the Minister of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs on the establishment of the Inter-departmental Task Force for Prostitution Prevention and Control;

In accordance with the proposal of the Director of the Department of Social Evils Prevention.

DECISION:

Article 1. The Regulations on the operations of the Inter-departmental Task Force for Prostitution Prevention and Control are hereby promulgated together with this Decision.

Article 2. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.

This Decision replaces Decision No. 1017/2001/QĐ-BLĐTBXH dated October 3, 2001 of the Minister of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs on the issuance of the Regulations on the operations of the Inter-departmental Task Force for Prostitution Prevention and Control.

Article 3. Members of the Inter-departmental Task Force for Prostitution Prevention and Control and the Director of the Department of Social Evils Prevention are responsible for implementing this Decision.
