Pursuant to the Prime Minister's Decision No. 853/1997/CT-TTg dated October 11, 1997 on combating smuggling under new circumstances;
Pursuant to Decision No. 276/CT dated July 28, 1992 of the Chairman of the Council of Ministers (now Prime Minister) on the unified management of tolls and fees;

Article 1. ANNEXED TO THIS DECISION IS THE TABLE OF FEES FOR USE OF NATIONAL HIGHWAY 1A AT TRAM TRANG BOM IN DONG NAI PROVINCE.
Article 2. THE OBJECTS OF COLLECTION, THE ORGANIZATION OF COLLECTION, SUBMISSION AND MANAGEMENT OF USE OF FEES FOR USE OF NATIONAL HIGHWAY 1A AT TRAM TRANG BOM SHALL BE IMPLEMENTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE REGULATIONS SET OUT IN CIRCULAR NO. 57/1998/TT-BTC OF APRIL 27, 1998 OF THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE GUIDING THE SYSTEM OF ROAD BRIDGE FEES MANAGED BY THE STATE AND CIRCULAR NO. 75/1998/TT-BTC OF JUNE 2, 1998 OF THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE GUIDING AMENDMENTS AND SUPPLEMENTS TO POINT 1.D, SECTION A, PART IV AND POINT 3.N, SECTION I OF CIRCULAR NO. 57/1998/TT-BTC OF APRIL 27, 1998 OF THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE
Article 3. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT FROM FEBRUARY 1, 1999.
Article 4. ORGANIZATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS BELONGING TO THE OBJECTS REQUIRED TO PAY FEES, UNITS ASSIGNED BY THE MINISTRY OF TRANSPORTATION TO COLLECT FEES AT TRAM TRANG BOM AND RELATED AUTHORITIES ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENFORCING THIS DECISION.
