Pursuant to Decree No. 15/CP dated March 2, 1993 of the Government on the tasks, powers, and responsibilities for state management of ministries and agencies at the ministerial level;
Pursuant to the Prime Minister's Decision No. 853/1997/CT-TTg dated October 11, 1997 on combating smuggling under new circumstances;
Pursuant to Decision No. 276/CT dated July 28, 1992 of the Chairman of the Council of Ministers (now Prime Minister) on the unified management of tolls and fees;

Article 1. Attached to this Decision is the Table of toll rates for using National Highway 1A at Trang Bom Toll Station, Dong Nai Province.
Article 2. The objects of collection, the organization of collection, payment, and management and use of the road usage fee at Trang Bom Toll Station shall be implemented in accordance with the provisions of Circular No. 57/1998/TT-BTC dated April 27, 1998, issued by the Ministry of Finance guiding the system of bridge and road tolls managed by the State, and Circular No. 75/1998/TT-BTC dated June 2, 1998, issued by the Ministry of Finance guiding the amendment and supplementation of Point 1.d, Section A, Part IV and Point 3.n, Section I of Circular No. 57/1998/TT-BTC dated April 27, 1998, issued by the Ministry of Finance.
Article 3. This Decision takes effect from February 1, 1999.
Article 4. Organizations and individuals subject to payment of fees, units assigned by the Ministry of Transport to organize the collection of fees at Trang Bom Toll Station, and related agencies are responsible for implementing this Decision.
