REGARDING THE TRANSFER OF THE SÔNG MÃ SPECIAL FOREST FARM UNDER THE FORESTRY JOINT STOCK COMPANY TO THE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEE OF SON LA PROVINCE FOR MANAGEMENT

THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
Pursuant to Decree No. 73/CP dated November 1, 1995 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
WHEREAS, Circular No. 2037/TCT/TCLĐ/CV dated October 27, 1998 of the Vietnam Forestry Joint Stock Company to the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development regarding the request to transfer the SÔNG MẢ Special Forest Farm, currently a member of the Forestry Joint Stock Company, to be directly managed by the People's Committee of Son La Province;
WHEREAS, Circular No. 51/UB dated January 20, 2000 of the People's Committee of Son La Province to the Prime Minister agreeing to accept the SÔNG MẢ Special Forest Farm for direct management by Son La Province;
At the proposal of the Director of the Cadre and Civil Servant Department,

Article 1.- NOW, the SÔNG MẢ Special Forest Farm, a member enterprise under the Vietnam Forestry Joint Stock Company, shall be transferred to the management of the People's Committee of Son La Province.
Article 2.-The Vietnam Forestry Joint Stock Company shall be responsible for transferring the forest farm to the province in its current state. If there are any issues during the handover, the company shall report to the Ministry and the People's Committee of Son La Province will discuss further solutions.
The handover shall be completed within the first quarter of 2000.
Article 3.- THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF SIGNATURE.
Article 4.- THE HEAD OF THE MINISTRY'S OFFICE, THE DIRECTOR OF THE HUMAN RESOURCES DEPARTMENT, THE HEADS OF THE MINISTRY'S AND THE VIETNAM FORESTRY JOINT STOCK COMPANY'S UNITS CONCERNED, AND THE DIRECTOR OF THE SÔNG MẢ SPECIAL FOREST FARM ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECISION./.
