THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
Pursuant to the Law on Issuing Legal Normative Documents promulgated by the President through Decree No. 52/CTN dated November 23, 1996, and Government Decree No. 15/CP dated March 2, 1993, regarding the tasks, powers, and responsibilities of ministries and ministerial-level agencies in state management;
Pursuant to the Government's Decree No. 73/CP dated November 1, 1995, on functions, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
Pursuant to the Investment and Construction Management Regulations issued by Government Decree No. 52/1999/NĐ-CP dated July 8, 1999, and Government Decree No. 12/2000/NĐ-CP dated February 5, 2000;
Pursuant to Circular No. 190/BXD-VKT dated February 14, 2001, of the Ministry of Construction on quotas and unit prices for drilling and injecting mortar to reinforce dikes;
Based on the proposal of the Director of the Flood Control and Dike Management Department.
DECISION:
Article 1. Attached to this Decision is "Quotas and Unit Prices for Drilling and Injecting Mortar to Reinforce Dike Quality" (with attached documents).
Article 2. These quotas and unit prices shall serve as the basis for preparing budgets for drilling and injecting mortar to reinforce dike quality within the agricultural sector, replacing the previous quotas and unit prices issued under Decision No. 80/1999/QĐ/BNN-PCLB dated May 17, 1999, of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, and shall take effect from January 1, 2001.
Article 3. The Heads of the Ministry's Office, Directors of Departments, functional Department Heads, Heads of subordinate units under the Ministry, and Directors of Provincial Departments of Agriculture and Rural Development are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
