PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
At the proposal of the Minister of Justice.
DECISION:
Article 1. Approve the Program on Popularizing and Legal Education from 2003 to 2007.
Article 2. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS AFTER ITS PUBLICATION IN THE OFFICIAL GAZETTE.
The Ministry of Justice shall be responsible for guiding the implementation of this Decision.
Article 3. The Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government-affiliated agencies, Chairpersons of provincial and centrally-administered city People's Committees are responsible for enforcing this Decision.
