Pursuant to Decree No. 43/2003/NĐ-CP dated May 2, 2003 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Fisheries;
At the proposal of the Director of the Science and Technology Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. 28TCN 203: 2004
(Rank and Position of Fishery Surveillance Crew Members) serving as the basis for appointment, training, development, deployment, and effective utilization of the crew members working on fishery surveillance vessels under aquatic resource protection agencies within the entire industry. This standard shall take effect from January 1, 2005. All previous regulations that conflict with the provisions of this standard are hereby abolished.
Article 2. The Head of the Ministry's Office; Heads of Departments and Bureaus; Inspector General of the Ministry; Heads of subordinate units of the Ministry; Directors of Fisheries Departments and Departments of Agriculture and Rural Development responsible for fisheries management; Chiefs of District Bureaus for Aquatic Resource Exploitation and Protection with fishery surveillance vessels are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
Article 3. The Head of the Ministry's Office; Heads of Departments and Bureaus; Inspectorate of the Ministry; Heads of subordinate units under the Ministry; Directors of Fisheries Departments and Departments of Agriculture and Rural Development that manage fisheries; Chiefs of Fisheries Resource Exploitation and Protection Branches with fishery surveillance vessels are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
