Regarding the issuance of the List of Major Forestry Tree Varieties.

THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Department of Animal Health, the Head of the Science and Technology Division.
Pursuant to the Plant Variety Law No. 15/2004/PL-UBTVQH11 dated March 24, 2004 of the Standing Committee of the National Assembly;
At the proposal of the Director of the Forest Management Department and the Deputy Minister of Science and Technology,
DECISION:
Article 1. The attached Decision promulgates the "List of Major Forestry Tree Varieties," including varieties of the following species:
1) Eucalyptus: urophylla, tereticornis, camaldulensis, brassiana, hybrid eucalyptus.
2) Acacia: hybrid acacia, sickle acacia, elephant ear acacia, willow-leaved acacia.
3) Pine: caribaea pine, resin pine, three-needle pine, maw vi pine.
Article 2. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
Article 3. The Heads of the Office, Directors of the Forest Management Department, Deputies of the Ministry of Science and Technology, Directors of Provincial Departments of Agriculture and Rural Development, and Heads of related units are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
