ISSUING THE INDUSTRY STANDARD "PROCEDURE FOR COMPACTING SOIL AND GRAVEL IN LABORATORY"

THE MINISTER OF TRANSPORTATION
Pursuant to the Law on Legislative Regulatory Acts dated November 12, 1996 and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Law on Legislative Regulatory Acts dated December 16, 2002;
WHEREAS, the Road Traffic Law dated June 29, 2001;
Pursuant to the Ordinance on Quality of Goods dated December 24, 1999;
BASED ON THE DECREE NO. 34/2003/NĐ-CP OF APRIL 4, 2003 OF THE GOVERNMENT REGULATING THE FUNCTIONS, DUTIES, POWERS, AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF TRANSPORTATION;
CONSIDERING THE PROPOSAL OF THE DIRECTOR OF THE INSTITUTE OF TRANSPORTATION SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY, THE HEAD OF THE SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY DEPARTMENT.
DECISION:
Article 1. ATTACHED TO THIS DECISION IS THE INDUSTRY STANDARD "PROCEDURE FOR COMPACTING SOIL AND GRAVEL IN LABORATORY".

Article 2. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.

THE HEAD OF THE MINISTRY’S OFFICE, THE HEAD OF THE MINISTRY’S INSPECTION, THE HEAD OF THE SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY DEPARTMENT, THE DIRECTOR OF THE INSTITUTE OF TRANSPORTATION SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY, THE DIRECTOR OF THE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION, THE DIRECTOR OF THE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION AND PUBLIC WORKS, AND THE HEADS OF RELATED UNITS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECISION./.
