THE MINISTER OF FINANCE
Pursuant to Decree No. 170/2003/ND-CP dated December 25, 2003 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Price Ordinance;
Pursuant to Decree No. 77/2003/ND-CP dated July 1, 2003 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;
Pursuant to Directive No. 22/2005/CT-TTg dated June 16, 2005 of the Prime Minister on building solutions to reduce input costs and enhance the competitiveness of air and maritime transport enterprises;
To implement Circular No. 35/2005/TT-BTC dated May 12, 2005 of the Ministry of Finance guiding the management of prices for certain specialized aviation services not included in the list of fees and charges; following the opinion of the Ministry of Transport at Circular No. 8294/BGTVT-VT dated December 29, 2005 regarding the adjustment of service prices at airports and air traffic control services;
At the proposal of the Director of the Price Management Department.
DECISION:
Article 1. Issued together with this Decision is the Price List of Certain Specialized Aviation Services including:
- Air Traffic Control Service Price for Departure and Arrival;
- Aircraft Landing Fee;
- Air Cargo Security Screening Service Price;
- Passenger Service Price at Airports;
- Provisional Air Traffic Control Service Price for Transit Flights.
Article 2. The service prices prescribed in this Decision do not include Value Added Tax (VAT), except for the Passenger Service Price at Airports which includes VAT.
Article 3. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
The provisions on Air Traffic Control Service Price for Departure and Arrival; Aircraft Landing Fee; Air Cargo Security Screening Service Price; Passenger Service Price at Airports; Provisional Air Traffic Control Service Price for Transit Flights prescribed in Decision No. 18/2000/QD-CHK dated July 14, 2000 and other conflicting provisions are hereby abolished.
Article 4. The Directors of the Civil Aviation Administration of Vietnam, the Director of the Price Management Department, the General Directors of the Airport Clusters, the General Director of the Civil Aviation Air Navigation Center of Vietnam, and all agencies, organizations, and individuals using these services are responsible for implementing this Decision.
