THE MINISTER OF TRADE
On the basis of Decree No. 29/2004/NĐ-CP dated January 16, 2004 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Trade;
On the basis of Decision No. 279/2005/QĐ-TTg dated November 3, 2005 of the Prime Minister on the issuance of Regulations on the formulation and implementation of the national trade promotion program for the 2006-2010 period;
After consulting and reaching consensus with relevant ministries;
At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Trade Promotion,
DECISION:
Article 1. Issued herewith are the criteria for approving the national trade promotion program for the 2006-2010 period attached to this Decision.
Article 2. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
Article 3. Heads of relevant agencies and members of the National Trade Promotion Program Review Board for the 2006-2010 period are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
