DECISION

Regarding the issuance of the National Power System Incident Handling Procedure

THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY

On the basis of Decree No. 55/2003/ND-CP dated May 28, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry;

Pursuant to the Electricity Law dated December 3, 2004;

On the basis of Decree No. 105/2005/ND-CP dated August 17, 2005 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Electricity Law;

At the proposal of the Director of the Electricity Regulation Department and the Head of the Legal Affairs Department.

DECISION:

Article 1. The "National Power System Incident Handling Procedure" is hereby issued together with this Decision.

Article 2. The procedure issued together with this Decision replaces the National Power System Incident Handling Procedure issued pursuant to Resolution No. 90/NL-KHKT dated February 22, 1994 of the Minister of Energy. This Decision shall take effect 15 days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.

Article 3. The Heads of the Ministry's Office, the Inspectorate, the Departments, the Bureaus under the Ministry, the Industry Departments of the provinces and centrally-administered cities, the Vietnam Electricity Corporation, and organizations and individuals engaged in electricity activities are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
