DECISION OF THE MINISTER OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY
ISSUING THE "LIST OF MEASURING INSTRUMENTS TO BE CALIBRATED"

WHEREAS, the Measurement Ordinance of October 6, 1999;
WHEREAS, the Government Decree No. 54/2003/NĐ-CP of May 19, 2003 stipulating the functions, tasks, authorities, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Science and Technology, and the Government Decree No. 28/2004/NĐ-CP of January 16, 2004 amending and supplementing certain articles of Government Decree No. 54/2003/NĐ-CP;
Considering the proposal of the Director General of the Standardization, Measurement, and Quality Control Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. ATTACHING HERETO THE "LIST OF MEASURING INSTRUMENTS TO BE CALIBRATED"
Article 2. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PUBLICATION IN THE OFFICIAL GAZETTE. THE "LIST OF MEASURING INSTRUMENTS TO BE CALIBRATED" ATTACHED HERETO REPLACES THE "LIST OF MEASURING INSTRUMENTS TO BE CALIBRATED" ISSUED WITH DECREE NO. 65/2002/QĐ-BKHCNMT OF AUGUST 19, 2002 BY THE MINISTER OF SCIENCE, TECHNOLOGY AND ENVIRONMENT (NOW THE MINISTRY OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY).
Article 3. THE NATIONAL STANDARDS INSTITUTE, PROVINCE AND CITY BRANCHES OF STANDARDS, MEASUREMENTS AND QUALITY CONTROL, AND RELEVANT ORGANIZATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECISION.
