THE MINISTER OF FINANCE
Pursuant to the Securities Law No. 70/2006/QH11 dated June 29, 2006;
Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 14/2007/NĐ-CP dated January 19, 2007 detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Securities Law;
Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 77/2003/NĐ-CP dated July 1, 2003 on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;
At the proposal of the Chairman of the State Securities Commission.
DECISION:
Article 1. The Prospectus Model for the Securities Offering Registration File to the Public and the Securities Listing Registration File at the Stock Exchange, Trading Center, attached to this Decision includes:
1. The Prospectus Model for the Public Offering of Shares as stipulated in Appendix No. 01 attached to this Decision.
2. The Prospectus Model for the Public Offering of Bonds as stipulated in Appendix No. 02 attached to this Decision.
3. The Prospectus Model for the Listing of Shares and Bonds on the Stock Exchange, Trading Center as stipulated in Appendix No. 03 attached to this Decision.
4. The Prospectus Model for the Public Offering of Securities Investment Fund Certificates and their Listing on the Stock Exchange as stipulated in Appendix No. 04 attached to this Decision.
5. The Prospectus Model for the Public Offering of Shares of Securities Investment Companies and their Listing on the Stock Exchange as stipulated in Appendix No. 05 attached to this Decision.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette. The Chairman of the State Securities Commission, the Director of the Ministry of Finance's Office, the Heads of units under the Ministry of Finance, the Directors of the Stock Exchanges, the Directors of Trading Centers, and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision.
