REGARDING THE RATING OF NATIONAL HERITAGE SITES

THE MINISTER OF CULTURE, SPORTS AND TOURISM
WHEREAS, THE HERITAGE LAW AND DECREE NO. 92/2002/ND-CP OF NOVEMBER 11, 2002 OF THE GOVERNMENT PROVIDING GUIDELINES FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF THE HERITAGE LAW;
WHEREAS, DECREE NO. 63/2003/ND-CP OF JUNE 11, 2003 OF THE GOVERNMENT PROVIDING THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF CULTURE, SPORTS AND TOURISM;
CONSIDERING THE LETTER NO. 144/UBND-VX OF FEBRUARY 6, 2007 FROM THE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEE OF HAIDANG PROVINCE AND THE DOCUMENTATION OF THE HERITAGE SITE;
CONSIDERING THE PROPOSAL OF THE DIRECTOR OF THE HERITAGE MANAGEMENT AGENCY;
DECISION:
Article 1. RATING OF NATIONAL HERITAGE SITES:
ARCHITECTURAL ART HERITAGE SITE NGOC LAC PAGODA IN NGOC SON COMMUNE, TUKY DISTRICT, HAIDANG PROVINCE
THE PROTECTED AREA OF THE HERITAGE SITE IS DETERMINED ACCORDING TO THE MINUTES AND MAPS OF THE PROTECTED AREAS IN THE DOCUMENTATION.
Article 2. THE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEES AT ALL LEVELS WHERE THE HERITAGE SITES LISTED IN ARTICLE 1 OF THIS DECISION ARE LOCATED SHALL PERFORM STATE MANAGEMENT OF THE NGOC LAC PAGODA ARCHITECTURAL ART HERITAGE SITE WITHIN THEIR DUTIES AND POWERS AS PROVIDED BY LEGISLATION ON HERITAGE.
Article 3. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
Article 4. THE HEAD OF THE MINISTRY’S OFFICE, THE DIRECTOR OF THE HERITAGE MANAGEMENT AGENCY, THE CHAIRMAN OF THE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEE OF HAIDANG PROVINCE, THE DIRECTOR OF THE DEPARTMENT OF CULTURE, SPORTS AND TOURISM OF HAIDANG PROVINCE AND OTHER RELATED ORGANIZATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENFORCING THIS DECISION.
