Issuing Technical Requirements for Energy-Efficient Street Lighting Lamps

THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY AND TRADE
Pursuant to Decree No. 189/2007/ND-CP dated December 27, 2007, issued by the Government, detailing the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry and Trade;
Pursuant to Decree No. 102/2003/NĐ-CP dated September 3, 2003 of the Government on the efficient and economical use of energy;
Pursuant to Decision No. 79/2007/QĐ-TTg dated April 14, 2006 of the Prime Minister approving the National Target Program on Efficient and Economical Use of Energy;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Department of Science and Technology.
DECISION:
Article 1. The attached Decision issues Technical Requirements for Energy-Efficient Street Lighting Lamps.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3. The Head of the Ministry’s Office, the Head of the Energy Saving Office, Directors of Departments, Heads of Bureaus, Heads of units related to the Ministry, and units participating in the Energy Labeling Program are responsible for implementing this Decision.
