Regarding the issuance of a model regulation on the organization and operation of university libraries

MINISTER OF CULTURE, SPORTS AND TOURISM
Pursuant to the Library Ordinance dated December 28, 2000;
Pursuant to Decree No. 72/2002/NĐ-CP dated August 6, 2002 of the Government detailing the implementation of the Library Ordinance;
Article 1. Other types of artistic performances
At the request of the Director of the Library Department and the Director of the Organization and Cadre Affairs Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. This Decision promulgates a model regulation on the organization and operation of university libraries.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette. Any previous provisions that conflict with this Decision are hereby abolished.
Article 3. The Head of the Office, Directors of the Library Department, Directors of the Organization and Cadre Affairs Department, Rectors of universities and colleges, and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
