Pursuant to Decree No. 17/2008/NĐ-CP dated February 4, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Construction;
BASED ON THE DECISION NO. 20/2008/QD-TTg DATED FEBRUARY 1, 2008 OF THE PRIME MINISTER APPROVING THE SOLIDIFICATION PROJECT OF SCHOOLS AND TEACHERS' HOUSING PHASE 2008-2012;
AT THE REQUEST OF THE HEAD OF THE SCIENCE, TECHNOLOGY AND ENVIRONMENT DEPARTMENT, THE INSTITUTE OF ARCHITECTURE, URBAN AND RURAL PLANNING AS STATED IN DOCUMENT NO. 457/KTQHDT&NT-DHH DATED SEPTEMBER 29, 2008,
DECISION:
Article 1. THIS DECISION ATTACHES A SET OF MODEL DESIGNS FOR PUBLIC HOUSING FOR TEACHERS TO BE USED IN REMOTE AND DIFFICULT REGIONS IN THE NORTHERN MOUNTAINOUS PROVINCES, MOUNTAINOUS COUNTIES IN THE CENTRAL PROVINCES, WESTERN HIGHLAND PROVINCES, RURAL COMMUNITIES WITH MANY ETHNIC GROUPS IN THE DELTA OF THE LOWER MEKONG RIVER, AND SOME OTHER AREAS TO SUPPORT THE SOLIDIFICATION PROJECT OF SCHOOLS AND TEACHERS' HOUSING PHASE 2008-2012.
Article 2. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
Article 3. THE DIRECTOR OF THE MINISTRY'S OFFICE, THE HEAD OF THE SCIENCE, TECHNOLOGY AND ENVIRONMENT DEPARTMENT, AND THE HEADS OF RELATED UNITS SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECISION.
