Circular No. 13/2010/TT-BLDTBXH stipulates the framework program for intermediate vocational level and higher vocational level in certain occupations under the Production and Processing group.

CIRCULAR

Prescribing the framework program for intermediate vocational education and the framework program for higher vocational education for five occupations:Intermediate vocational training program, framework program for higher vocational education level in certain occupations under the Production and Processing group

Pursuant to the Vocational Training Law dated November 29, 2006;

Pursuant to Decree No. 186/2007/NĐ-CP dated December 25, 2007 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs;

Pursuant to Decision No. 58/2008/QĐ-BLDTBXH dated September 6, 2008 of the Minister of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs promulgating regulations on intermediate vocational training program framework and higher vocational education level program framework;

Pursuant to the results of the appraisal council's review and the proposal of the General Department of Vocational Training regarding the issuance of the intermediate vocational training program framework and higher vocational education level program framework for the following occupations: Confectionery production; Beverage production; Battery and accumulator production;

The Ministry of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs hereby stipulates the intermediate vocational training program framework and higher vocational education level program framework for the above occupations as follows:

Article 1. Scope of Regulation and Applicability:

This Circular stipulates the intermediate vocational training program framework and higher vocational education level program framework to be applied to public and private vocational training institutions (hereinafter referred to as Vocational Training Institutions) that have registered to provide vocational training for the occupations specified in this Circular; the intermediate vocational training program framework and higher vocational education level program framework stipulated in this Circular are not mandatory for vocational training institutions with foreign investment capital.

Article 2. The program framework prescribed in this Circular includes:

1. Intermediate vocational training program framework and higher vocational education level program framework for the occupation "Confectionery production" (Annex 1);

2. Intermediate vocational training program framework and higher vocational education level program framework for the occupation "Beverage production" (Annex 2);

3. Intermediate vocational training program framework and higher vocational education level program framework for the occupation "Battery and accumulator production" (Annex 3).

Article 3. Responsibility for developing vocational training programs:

Based on the provisions of this Circular, the principals of vocational colleges, intermediate vocational schools, universities, colleges, and specialized intermediate vocational schools that have registered to provide vocational training for the occupations specified in this Circular shall organize the development, review, and approval of the vocational training programs of their respective institutions.
