CIRCULAR
ISSUING THE SUPPLEMENTARY LIST OF COMPOUND FEEDS FOR AQUACULTURE PERMITTED TO CIRCULATE IN VIETNAM used in aquaculture is permitted to be circulated in Vietnam
WHEREAS Decree No. 01/2008/ND-CP dated January 3, 2008 of the Government stipulates the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development; Decree No. 75/2009/ND-CP dated September 10, 2009 of the Government amending Article 3 of Decree No. 01/2008/ND-CP dated January 3, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
WHEREAS Decree No. 15/ND-CP of the Government dated March 19, 1996 on the Management of Livestock Feed;
The Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development hereby issues the Supplementary List of Compound Feeds for Aquaculture Permitted to Circulate in Vietnam:mixed feed used in aquaculture is permitted to be circulated in Vietnam:

Article 1. Attached hereto is the Supplementary List of Compound Feeds for Aquaculture Permitted to Circulate in Vietnam, including:

1. Domestic products (254 products);

2. Imported products (12 products).

Article 2. This Circular takes effect 45 days from the date of signature.

Article 3. The Director of the Ministry's Office, the Director of the Fisheries Cultivation Department, the Director of the Science, Technology and Environment Department, the Directors of the Departments of Agriculture and Rural Development of provinces/cities under central jurisdiction, heads of units and organizations, and individuals related to the production, business, and use of feed for aquaculture are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
