Issuing the model contract for managing and operating
urban public lighting systems

THE MINISTER OF CONSTRUCTION
Pursuant to Decree No. 17/2008/NĐ-CP dated February 4, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Construction;
Pursuant to Decree No. 79/2009/NĐ-CP dated September 28, 2009 of the Government on Urban Lighting Management;
AT THE REQUEST OF THE DIRECTOR OF THE TECHNICAL INFRASTRUCTURE AGENCY,
c) Enterprises may be granted permission for no more than one block out of the total three dual-frequency blocks (FDD) B
Article 1. This Circular issues the model contract for managing and operating urban public lighting systems attached as Appendix to this Circular.
Article 2. This Circular takes effect from October 5, 2010.
Article 3. The Minister, Heads of Ministries equivalent to Ministries, Agencies under the Government, Chairmen of People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities, and relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
