Issuing National Standards in the Field of Security under the Ministry of Public Security for
watercraft of the People's Public Security; on combined warehouses; weapons, explosive materials
support tools in the People's Public Security

Pursuant to the Law on People's Police of Vietnam 2005;
Based on the Law on Animal Husbandry 2018;
Pursuant to the Decree No. 77/2009/NĐ-CP dated September 15, 2009 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Public Security;
Pursuant to Circular No. 06/2010/TTLT-BCA-BKHCN dated December 30, 2010 of the Ministry of Public Security and the Ministry of Science and Technology on the establishment and application of standards in the field of security under the Ministry of Public Security;
Considering the proposal of the Director General of the Logistics and Technical Service General Department;
The Minister of Public Security hereby stipulates national standards in the field of security under the Ministry of Public Security as follows:
Article 1. This Circular promulgates three national standards in the field of security under the Ministry of Public Security for mandatory implementation, including:
1. National standard on watercraft of the People's Public Security - Classification, technical safety requirements and environmental protection.
2. National standard on combined warehouses in the People's Public Security - General requirements.
3. National standard on weapon, explosive material, and support tool warehouses in the People's Public Security - General requirements.
Article 2. This Circular takes effect from May 4, 2012.
Any previous regulations of the Ministry of Public Security concerning national standards in the field of security under the Ministry of Public Security that conflict with this Circular shall be abolished.
Article 3. Directors of the General Departments, Heads of units under the Ministry, Provincial Police Chiefs, Chief of Fire Prevention and Fighting Departments; organizations and individuals related to the production, supply, and services for watercraft of the People's Public Security; combined warehouses; weapon, explosive material, and support tool warehouses in the People's Public Security shall be responsible for implementing this Circular.
During the implementation of the national standards in the field of security under the Ministry of Public Security issued with this Circular, if there are difficulties or obstacles, local police units shall report to the Ministry (through the Logistics and Technical Service General Department) for timely guidance.
