CIRCULAR

Issuing Economic and Technical Standards for Maintenance and Repair of the VTS System on the Saigon - Vung Tau Channel

Pursuant to Decree No. 107/2012/NĐ-CP dated December 20, 2012 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Transport;

At the proposal of the Director of the Vietnam Maritime Administration and the Head of the Department of Science and Technology;

The Minister of Transport hereby promulgates Economic and Technical Standards for Maintenance and Repair of the VTS System on the Saigon - Vung Tau Channel as follows:

Article 1. This Circular issues Economic and Technical Standards for Maintenance and Repair of the VTS System on the Saigon - Vung Tau Channel to be attached hereto.

Article 2. This Circular takes effect from August 20, 2013.

Article 3. The Director of the Ministry's Office, the Inspector General of the Ministry, Heads of Departments, Directors of the Vietnam Maritime Administration, Directors of the Saigon Port Marine Service, and Heads of agencies, organizations, and individuals concerned are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
