Banking accounting; Leather and footwear production Pursuant to Decision No. 58/2008/QD-BLDTBXH dated September 6, 2008 of the Minister of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs promulgating regulations on the framework program for intermediate vocational education and the framework program for higher vocational education;

The Minister of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs issues this Circular prescribing the framework program for intermediate vocational education and the framework program for higher vocational education for five occupations: Electrical cable production and connector equipment; Glass product manufacturing;

Pursuant to the Vocational Training Law dated November 29, 2006;

Pursuant to Decree No. 106/2012/NĐ-CP dated December 20, 2012, of the Government, stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Labor, Invalids, and Social Affairs;

Public relations; Banking accounting; Leather and footwear production

At the proposal of the General Director of the Vocational Training Administration,

As follows: Attached to this Circular are the framework programs for intermediate vocational education and the framework programs for higher vocational education for five occupations: Electrical cable production and connector equipment; Glass product manufacturing; Public relations; Banking accounting; Leather and footwear production to be applied to vocational colleges, intermediate vocational schools, universities, colleges, and private and public specialized intermediate vocational schools that have registered to provide vocational training for these occupations (hereinafter referred to as vocational training institutions), but not mandatory for vocational training institutions with foreign investment. Article 1. The framework program for intermediate vocational education and the framework program for higher vocational education for the occupation "Electrical cable production and connector equipment" is prescribed in Appendix 1 attached to this Circular. as follows:

Article 1. Article 2. The framework program for intermediate vocational education and the framework program for higher vocational education for the occupation "Glass product manufacturing" is prescribed in Appendix 2 attached to this Circular.

Article 3. The framework program for intermediate vocational education and the framework program for higher vocational education for the occupation "Public relations" is prescribed in Appendix 3 attached to this Circular.

Article 4. The framework program for intermediate vocational education and the framework program for higher vocational education for the occupation "Banking accounting" is prescribed in Appendix 4 attached to this Circular.

Article 5. The framework program for intermediate vocational education and the framework program for higher vocational education for the occupation "Leather and footwear production" is prescribed in Appendix 5 attached to this Circular.

This Circular takes effect from May 5, 2015.

Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, government agencies, political-social organizations, provincial People's Committees, the General Department of Vocational Training, vocational training institutions that have registered to provide intermediate vocational education and higher vocational education for the five occupations prescribed in this Circular, and related units shall be responsible for its implementation./.

Article 2. Based on the provisions of this Circular, the principals of schools that have registered to teach these occupations shall organize the construction, review, and approve the training programs of their schools.

Article 3. This Circular takes effect from May 5, 2015.

The Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, government agencies, political-social organizations, People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities, the General Department of Vocational Training, vocational training institutions registered to provide intermediate vocational training and higher vocational training for the five trades specified in this Circular, and related units shall be responsible for its implementation./.
