ISSUING NATIONAL TECHNICAL REGULATIONS IN THE FIELD OF VETERINARY MEDICINE
Pursuant to the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations dated June 29, 2006;
Pursuant to the Food Safety Law dated June 17, 2010;
BASED ON THE LAW ON VETERINARY MEDICINE OF JUNE 19, 2015;
Pursuant to Decree No. 15/2017/NĐ-CP dated February 17, 2017 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
AT THE PROPOSAL OF THE HEAD OF THE SCIENCE, TECHNOLOGY AND ENVIRONMENT DEPARTMENT AND THE DIRECTOR OF THE VETERINARY SERVICES AGENCY,trthưởng Cục Thú y,
THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT ISSUES NATIONAL TECHNICAL REGULATIONS IN THE FIELD OF VETERINARY MEDICINE.
Article 1. ATTACHED TO THIS CIRCULAR ARE 02 NATIONAL TECHNICAL REGULATIONS IN THE FIELD OF VETERINARY MEDICINE:
1. NATIONAL TECHNICAL REGULATION ON MILK COLLECTION AND RAW MILK PROCESSING PLANTS - REQUIREMENTS FOR FOOD SAFETY.
DESIGNATION: QCVN 01 -151 : 2017/BNNPTNT;
2. NATIONAL TECHNICAL REGULATION ON SANITARY REQUIREMENTS FOR CONCENTRATED ANIMAL SLAUGHTERING ESTABLISHMENTS.
DESIGNATION: QCVN 01 -150 : 2017/BNNPTNT.
Article 2. Effective Date
1. THIS CIRCULAR SHALL TAKE EFFECT FROM DECEMBER 20, 2017.
2. THIS CIRCULAR REPLACES THE FOLLOWING LEGAL DOCUMENTS:
a) CIRCULAR NO. 60/2010/TT-BNNPTNT OF OCTOBER 25, 2010 ON SANITARY REQUIREMENTS FOR PIG SLAUGHTERING ESTABLISHMENTS;
b) CIRCULAR NO. 61/2010/TT-BNNPTNT OF OCTOBER 25, 2010 ON SANITARY REQUIREMENTS FOR POULTRY SLAUGHTERING ESTABLISHMENTS.
Article 3. Implementation Organization
THE HEAD OF THE MINISTRY'S OFFICE, THE HEAD OF THE SCIENCE, TECHNOLOGY AND ENVIRONMENT DEPARTMENT, THE DIRECTOR OF THE VETERINARY SERVICES AGENCY, AND THE HEADS OF RELATED ORGANIZATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTATION.
During the implementation process, if there are difficulties, agencies, organizations, and individuals shall promptly report to the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development for study, amendment, and supplementation./.
