CIRCULAR

Issuing the List of Place Names for Urban Areas, Topography, Hydrography, and Socio-Economic Features to Serve the Preparation of Maps of the Land Area in Ho Chi Minh City

Pursuant to Decree No. 45/2015/NĐ-CP dated May 6, 2015 of the Government on Surveying and Mapping Activities;

Pursuant to Decree No. 36/2017/NĐ-CP dated April 4, 2017 of the Government stipulating the Functions, Tasks, Authorities, and Organizational Structure of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment;

Based on the proposal by the Director of the Vietnam National Survey Center and the Head of the Legal Department;

The Minister of Natural Resources and Environment hereby issues the List of Place Names for Urban Areas, Topography, Hydrography, and Socio-Economic Features to Serve the Preparation of Maps of the Land Area in Ho Chi Minh City. Ho Chi Minh.

Article 1. This Circular annexes the List of Place Names for Urban Areas, Topography, Hydrography, and Socio-Economic Features to Serve the Preparation of Maps of the Land Area in Ho Chi Minh City.

Article 2. This Circular takes effect from August 15, 2017.

Article 3. Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, government-affiliated agencies, provincial and municipal people's committees under the central government, and relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
