ISSUING THE CURRICULUM OF LAW COURSES IN THE COMMON SUBJECT GROUP IN THE TRAINING PROGRAM FOR VOCATIONAL AND COLLEGE LEVELS

IN THE TRAINING PROGRAM FOR VOCATIONAL AND COLLEGE LEVELS

Based on Decree No. 15/2019/NĐ-CP dated February 1, 2019 of the Government detailing certain provisions and implementation measures of the Vocational Education Law;

Pursuant to Decree No. 14/2017/NĐ-CP dated February 17, 2017, of the Government, stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Labor, Invalids, and Social Affairs;

At the proposal of the Director General of the General Department of Vocational Education;

The Minister of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs issues this Circular to promulgate the curriculum of Law courses in the common subject group in the training program for vocational and college levels.

Article 1. Attached to this Circular is the curriculum of Law courses in the common subject group in the training program for vocational and college levels (not applicable to training fields and occupations under the management of the Ministry of Education and Training).

For training programs of fields and occupations in the security and defense sector; depending on actual requirements, the Ministry of National Defense or the Ministry of Public Security shall coordinate with the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs to review and adjust the courses accordingly to meet the training requirements, ensuring that the volume of knowledge and course duration after adjustment is equal to or greater than those specified in this Circular.

Article 2. This Circular takes effect from November 15, 2018. Vocational education institutions and universities with vocational education registration conducting teaching of Law courses in the common subject group in the training program for vocational and college levels before the effective date of this Circular shall continue to implement teaching according to current regulations until the end of the academic year.

Article 3. Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, government agencies, political and social organizations, People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities, vocational education institutions and universities with vocational education registration, and other related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular.
