MINISTER OF NATURAL RESOURCES AND ENVIRONMENT

Decree No. 36/2017/ND-CP dated April 4, 2017 of the Government stipulating functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment;

Decree No. 03/2019/ND-CP dated January 4, 2019 of the Government stipulating remote sensing activities;

At the proposal of the Director of the National Remote Sensing Center, the Head of the Planning and Finance Department, and the Head of the Legal Department;

The Minister of Natural Resources and Environment issues this Circular on economic-technical norms for inspection and acceptance of remote sensing products.

Article 1. This Circular annexes economic-technical norms for inspection and acceptance of remote sensing products.

Article 2. Effectiveness

This Circular takes effect from December 15, 2020.

Article 3. Transitional Provisions

1. Proposals, Projects, Technical Designs approved according to Circular No. 10/2017/TT-BTNMT dated June 6, 2017 of the Minister of Natural Resources and Environment stipulating procedures for creating thematic maps using remote sensing images at scales of 1:5,000, 1:10,000, 1:500,000, and 1:1,000,000 before the effective date of this Circular shall implement economic-technical norms for inspection and acceptance of remote sensing products at the project owner level according to Circular No. 08/2019/TT-BTNMT dated July 5, 2019 of the Minister of Natural Resources and Environment stipulating economic-technical norms for creating thematic maps using remote sensing images at scales of 1:5,000, 1:10,000, 1:500,000, and 1:1,000,000 until completion of the task.

2. Proposals, Projects, Technical Designs not yet approved before the effective date of this Circular shall implement economic-technical norms for inspection and acceptance of remote sensing products at the project owner level according to this Circular.

Article 4. Implementation

Clause 1. Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, government agencies, provincial People's Committees, centrally governed cities, and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular.

2. During implementation, if there are any difficulties, agencies, organizations, and individuals are requested to promptly report to the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment for consideration and decision./.
