Amending and supplementing Clause 2, Article 9 of Circular No. 94/2018/TT-BTC

dated October 5, 2018 of the Ministry of Finance on the financial mechanism for implementing the Project to Compile the Vietnam Encyclopaedia

Implementing Resolution No. 27-NQ/TW dated May 21, 2018 of the Seventh Plenary Session of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam's Twelfth Tenure on salary policy reform for cadres, civil servants, public officials, armed forces, and workers in enterprises;

Pursuant to the State Budget Law dated June 25, 2015;

Implementing Decision No. 1262/QĐ-TTg dated July 28, 2014 of the Prime Minister approving the Project to Compile the Vietnam Encyclopaedia;

The Minister of Finance issues this Circular amending and supplementing Circular No. 75/2019/TT-BTC dated November 4, 2019 of the Ministry of Finance on the management and use of state budget funds for implementing agricultural extension activities.

Pursuant to Decree No. 163/2016/NĐ-CP dated December 21, 2016 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the State Budget Law;

Pursuant to Decree No. 87/2017/NĐ-CP dated July 26, 2017, issued by the Government, stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;

The Minister of Finance issues this Circular amending and supplementing Clause 2, Article 9 of Circular No. 94/2018/TT-BTC dated October 5, 2018 of the Ministry of Finance on the financial mechanism for implementing the Project to Compile the Vietnam Encyclopaedia.

At the proposal of the Director of the Administrative and Public Service Financial Department;

Article 1. Amending and supplementing Clause 2, Article 9 of Circular No. 94/2018/TT-BTC dated October 5, 2018 of the Ministry of Finance on the financial mechanism for implementing the Project to Compile the Vietnam Encyclopaedia:

"2. The expenditure levels prescribed in Clauses 1, 2, 4, and 5 of Article 5 of this Circular shall cease to be effective upon the entry into force of the document issued by the competent state agency providing for the new salary system pursuant to Resolution No. 27-NQ/TW dated May 21, 2018 of the Seventh Plenary Session of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam's Twelfth Tenure on salary policy reform for cadres, civil servants, public officials, armed forces, and workers in enterprises."

1. This Circular takes effect from March 24, 2021 and applies from January 1, 2021.

The Resolution of the 12th Central Committee on salary policy reform for officials, civil servants, public employees, armed forces personnel, and workers in enterprises shall take effect.

Article 2. Implementation

This Circular takes effect from March 24, 2021, and applies from January 1, 2021.

2. During implementation, if there are any difficulties, please report them to the Ministry of Finance for timely resolution./.
