Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to Decision No. 58/2002/QD-TTg dated April 26, 2002 of the Prime Minister on issuing criteria and classification lists for state-owned enterprises and state corporations;
Considering the proposal of the People's Committee of Thai Nguyen Province (Report No. 28/TT-UB dated August 17, 2002 and Circular No. 1007/CV-UB dated November 1, 2002) and the overall restructuring plan for state-owned enterprises in the province; opinions of the Ministries of Planning and Investment (Circular No. 6313/BKH-DN dated October 2, 2002), Finance (Circular No. 11143/TC-TCDN dated October 15, 2002), Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs (Circular No. 3176/BLĐTBXH-CSLĐVL dated September 23, 2002), Home Affairs (Circular No. 296/BNV-TCBC dated September 24, 2002),
DECISION:
Article 1. Approve the overall restructuring and renewal plan for state-owned enterprises directly under the province of Thai Nguyen for the period 2002-2005 as attached in the Appendix.
Article 2. The Chairman of the People's Committee of Thai Nguyen Province shall be responsible for directing the implementation of the restructuring and renewal of state-owned enterprises directly under the province in accordance with the approved content and schedule.
Article 3. The Ministries of Finance, Planning and Investment, Home Affairs, Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs and related ministries and localities shall be responsible for coordinating with the People's Committee of Thai Nguyen Province in implementing the aforementioned plan.
The Steering Committee for Enterprise Renovation and Development shall be responsible for urging, guiding, and monitoring the implementation of this Plan, and at the same time propose solutions to the
