REGARDING THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE NAM DINH COLLEGE OF TEACHER EDUCATION AND TECHNOLOGY

Pursuant to the Government Organization Law dated September 30, 1992;
BASED ON THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 15/CP DATED MARCH 2, 1993 ON THE TASKS, POWERS, AND RESPONSIBILITIES FOR STATE MANAGEMENT OF MINISTRIES AND GOVERNMENT-AFFILIATED MINISTRIES,
BASED ON THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 90/CP DATED NOVEMBER 24, 1993 ON THE STRUCTURE FRAMEWORK OF THE NATIONAL EDUCATION SYSTEM, CERTIFICATES AND DEGREES IN EDUCATION AND TRAINING OF THE SOCIALIST REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM;
CONSIDERING THE PROPOSAL OF THE MINISTER OF LABOR, INVALIDS AND SOCIAL AFFAIRS AT THE REPORT NO. 40/LDTBXH-TCCB DATED MAY 4, 1999 AND THE LETTER NO. 11505/TCCB DATED DECEMBER 29, 1997 FROM THE MINISTER OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING,
DECISION:
Article 1. TO ESTABLISH THE NAM DINH COLLEGE OF TEACHER EDUCATION AND TECHNOLOGY ON THE BASIS OF THE NAM DINH TEACHER EDUCATION AND TECHNOLOGY SCHOOL.
Article 2. THE NAM DINH COLLEGE OF TEACHER EDUCATION AND TECHNOLOGY SHALL HAVE THE FOLLOWING TASKS:
- TRAINING AND ENHANCING TEACHERS WITH COLLEGE LEVEL QUALIFICATIONS.
- Conducting scientific research to serve economic and social development needs.
Article 3. THE NAM DINH COLLEGE OF TEACHER EDUCATION AND TECHNOLOGY IS SUBORDINATE TO THE MINISTRY OF LABOR, INVALIDS AND SOCIAL AFFAIRS AND SUBJECT TO STATE MANAGEMENT BY THE MINISTRY OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING IN EDUCATION AND TRAINING, AND SHALL BENEFIT FROM THE POLICIES AND REGULATIONS APPLIED TO UNIVERSITIES AND COLLEGES.
Article 4. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF SIGNATURE.
Article 5. THE MINISTER OF LABOR, INVALIDS AND SOCIAL AFFAIRS, THE MINISTER OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING, THE MINISTERS, HEADS OF GOVERNMENT-AFFILIATED MINISTRIES, HEADS OF GOVERNMENT AGENCIES, CHAIRMEN OF THE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEES OF PROVINCES AND MUNICIPALITIES DIRECTLY UNDER THE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECISION.
