 DECISION

Regarding the abolition of legal normative documents

MINISTER OF LABOUR, INVALIDS AND SOCIAL AFFAIRS

BASED ON THE LAW ON ENACTING LEGAL REGULATORY DOCUMENTS dated November 12, 1996;
Pursuant to Decree No. 101/CP dated September 23, 1997 detailing certain provisions of the Law on Enacting Legal Normative Documents;

Pursuant to Decree No. 96/CP dated December 7, 1993 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs;

Pursuant to Decree No. 162/1999/NĐ-CP dated November 9, 1999 amending and supplementing certain articles of Decree No. 06/CP dated January 20, 1995 detailing certain provisions of the Labour Code on occupational safety and hygiene;

Pursuant to the delegation of the Ministry of Trade in Document No. 5886/TM-TCCB dated December 22, 1999;

At the proposal of the Director of the Department of General Legal Affairs and the Deputy Director in charge of State Labor Safety Inspection;

Pursuant to …;

Article 1. Abolishes Circular No. 26/TT-LB dated October 3, 1995 of the Joint Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs and Trade guiding the issuance of import permits for various types of machinery, equipment, materials, and substances with strict requirements for occupational safety;

Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of signature.

Article 3. The relevant ministries, ministerial-level agencies, government agencies, provincial People's Committees, centrally governed cities, organizations, and individuals shall be responsible for implementing this Decision.
