Decision No. 130/2000/QĐ-TTg On the establishment of the Management Board of Thái Nguyên Industrial Zones

DECISION OF THE PRIME MINISTER

Regarding the establishment of the Management Board for Industrial Zones of Thai Nguyen 

PRIME MINISTER

Pursuant to the Government Organization Law dated September 30, 1992;

Pursuant to Decree No. 36/CP dated April 24, 1997 of the Government promulgating the Regulations on industrial zones, export processing zones, and high-tech parks;

To implement Decision No. 181/1999/QĐ-TTg dated September 1, 1999 of the Government Chairman on the establishment and approval of the investment project for construction and operation of infrastructure in the Song Cong I industrial zone, Thai Nguyen province;

Considering the proposal of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Thai Nguyen province and the Minister, Head of the Organizational-Cadre Department of the Government,Within 10 working days from the date of receipt of the dossier as mentioned in Sub-clause b, Clause 1, Article 3 above, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs will review and submit to the competent authority for decision (Issues exceeding the Ministry of Foreign Affairs' jurisdiction will be referred to the Prime Minister for consideration and decision).Establish the Management Board for Industrial Zones of Thai Nguyen, under the Thai Nguyen Provincial People's Committee to manage the industrial zones within the territory of Thai Nguyen province. 

DECISION:

Article 1. The Management Board for Industrial Zones of Thai Nguyen shall be responsible for performing the tasks and authorities related to managing industrial zones as prescribed in Article 27 of the Regulation on Industrial Zones, Export Processing Zones, and High-Tech Zones issued together with Decree No. 36/CP dated April 24, 1997 of the Government.

The Management Board for Industrial Zones of Thai Nguyen shall have legal personality, a bank account, and a seal bearing the national emblem. The staffing and operating budget of the Board shall be included in the state budget allocated to Thai Nguyen province.

The Management Board for Industrial Zones of Thai Nguyen shall consist of a Director, several Deputy Directors, several Members, and an assisting administrative apparatus.

Article 2. The appointment of the Director, Deputy Directors, Members, and the establishment of the assisting administrative apparatus of the Management Board for Industrial Zones of Thai Nguyen shall be carried out in accordance with Articles 26 and 28 of Decree No. 36/CP dated April 24, 1997 of the Government.

Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of governmental agencies, Chairman of the Thai Nguyen Provincial People's Committee, and Director of the Management Board for Industrial Zones of Thai Nguyen are responsible for implementing this Decision./.

Article 3. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of issuance.

Article 4. The Ministers, Heads of agencies at the ministerial level, Heads of government agencies, Chairman of the People's Committee of Thai Nguyen Province, and Director of Thai Nguyen Industrial Park Management Board shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
