Decree No. 130 appoints Mr. Khuất Duy Tiến to the position of Director of Affairs at the Ministry of Interior from February 1, 1948.

OF THE CHAIRMAN OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM

CHAIRMAN OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM

Pursuant to this decree-law, the organization of staff directly assisting Ministers was established on May 3, 1946;

Pursuant to this decree-law, the Ministry of Interior Affairs was organized on May 3, 1946;

After consultation with the General Commander of the National Army of Vietnam and upon the proposal of the Minister of Interior Affairs,

ENACTS THE FOLLOWING DECREE-LAW:

Article 1

Appoints Mr. Khuat Duy Tien to hold the position of Director of Administrative Affairs at the Ministry of Interior Affairs from February 1, 1948.

Article 2

From February 1, 1948, Mr. Khuat Duy Tien shall receive the monthly allowance stipulated for the position of Director of Administrative Affairs in the decree-law dated July 24, 1948, as well as a temporary special allowance according to the decree-law dated September 17, 1947.

Article 3

The Ministers of Interior Affairs and the General Commander of the National Army of Vietnam are responsible for implementing this decree-law.
