Regarding the release of national reserve rice to support Dak Lak Province in addressing the aftermath of floods
caused by rain
PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Considering the proposal of the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs (document No. 54/BC-LDTBXH dated September 5, 2007) and the opinion of the Ministry of Finance (document No. 12769/BTC-NSNN dated September 21, 2007),
DECISION:
Article 1. The Ministry of Finance shall allocate (without charge) 1,000 tons of rice from the national reserve to support Dak Lak Province in implementing famine relief for those affected by floods.
The Chairman of the People's Committee of Dak Lak Province shall be responsible for managing and distributing the allocated rice to the appropriate recipients and for the intended purpose.
12/2025/TT-BNNMT dated June 19, 2025 issued by the Minister of Agriculture and EnvironmentThis Decision takes effect from the date of signature.
Article 3. The Ministers of Finance, Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs, Planning and Investment, Agriculture and Rural Development, the Director of the Central Steering Committee for Flood and Storm Prevention and Control, and the Chairman of the People's Committee of Dak Lak Province are responsible for enforcing this Decision./.
