PRIME MINISTER
On the basis of the Law on Government Organization dated December 25, 2001;
On the basis of Decision No. 155/2004/QĐ-TTg dated August 24, 2004 of the Prime Minister regarding the issuance of criteria and classification lists for state-owned companies and independent accounting subsidiaries under state-owned corporations;
Considering the proposal of the People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City,
DECISION:
Article 1. Approves the adjustment of the plan for restructuring and modernizing state-owned companies directly under the People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City for 2005-2006 as set out in the attached Appendix.
Article 2.
1. The Chairman of the People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City directs the implementation of the restructuring and modernization of state-owned companies directly under the Committee according to the approved content.
2. The Ministries of Finance, Planning and Investment, Home Affairs, Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs, and related agencies shall be responsible for coordinating with the People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City in implementing the aforementioned plan.
The Steering Committee for Enterprise Reform and Development shall be responsible for urging, guiding, and monitoring the implementation.
Article 3. This Decision shall take effect 15 days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
The Chairman of the People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City and the heads of related agencies are responsible for enforcing this Decision.
