Article 1. Abolish Decision No. 639/TTg dated August 12, 1997 of the Prime Minister on the organization, functions, tasks, and powers of the Marine Port Control.

Article 2. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.

Article 3. The Minister of Transport is responsible for implementing this Decision./.
