Full text
Article 1. This Decision promulgates the Regulation on hiring foreign consultants in construction activities in Vietnam attached hereto.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect fifteen days after its publication in the Official Gazette. All previous provisions contrary to the Regulation promulgated herein are abolished.
Article 3. Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government agencies, Chairpersons of provincial People's Committees under central cities, relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
