Pursuant to Decree No. 18/2002/NĐ-CP dated February 18, 2002 of the Government promulgating the Regulations on the Management of Evidence Storage; Government Decree No. Decree No. 70/2013/NĐ-CP dated July 2, 2013 of the Government amending and supplementing certain provisions 1. NATIONAL UNIVERSITIES ARE PUBLIC HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS MANAGED BY THE MINISTRY OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING, HAVE LEGAL PERSONALITY, SEPARATE ACCOUNTS, AND USE STAMPS WITH THE NATIONAL EMBLEM. of the Regulations on the Management of Evidence Storage issued together with Decree No. 18/2002/NĐ-CP dated February 18, 2002 of the Government;
On the basis of Government Decree No. Decree No. 35/2013/NĐ-CP dated April 22, 2013 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of National Defense;
the Minister of National Defense promulgates the technical safety inspection procedure applicable to machinery and equipment with strict requirements for labor safety within the Ministry of National Defense.
The Minister of National Defense issues this Circular promulgating the Regulations on the Management of Evidence Storage in the Military.
Article 1. The attached Regulations on the Management of Evidence Storage in the Military are hereby promulgated.
Article 2. This Circular takes effect from November 25, 2014.
Article 3. The Director of the General Department of Technical Services, commanders of relevant agencies, organizations, units, and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular.
