THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
Pursuant to Decree No. 01/2008/ND-CP dated January 3, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development; Decree No. 75/2009/ND-CP dated September 10, 2009 of the Government amending Article 3 of Decree No. 01/2008/ND-CP;
Pursuant to Decree No. 20/2008/ND-CP dated February 14, 2008 on receiving and handling complaints and suggestions from individuals and organizations regarding administrative regulations;
Pursuant to Decree No. 63/2010/ND-CP dated June 4, 2010 of the Government on administrative procedure control;
The Minister of Industry and Trade promulgates the Circular amending and supplementing certain provisions on the delegation of administrative procedures in fields under the management of the Ministry of Industry and Trade."
DECISION:
Article 1. The attached Decision promulgates the Plan for Administrative Procedure Control in 2013 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of signing.
Article 3. The Director of the Ministry's Office, Heads of subordinate agencies and units shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
