THE MINISTER OF CULTURE, SPORTS AND TOURISM
Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 15-CP dated March 2, 1993, regarding the tasks, powers, and state management responsibilities of Ministries and ministerial-level agencies;
Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 81/CP dated November 8, 1993, regarding the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Culture and Information;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Museum Preservation Department and the Head of the Cadres and Personnel Department;
DECISION:
Article 1: The attached to this Decision is the "Regulation on the Organization and Operation of Museums".
Article 2: Heads of Ministries, ministerial-level agencies with subordinate museums, Chairmen of Provincial People's Committees under the Central Government, Heads of units subordinate to the Ministry of Culture and Information related to this matter, Directors of Departments of Culture and Information, and Directors of Museums are responsible for implementing this decision.
