căn pursuant to Article 9, Article 10, and Article 11 of the Law on Elections of Members of People's Councils (amended) dated June 21, 1994;
At the proposal of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Tây Ninh Province and the Minister, Head of the Organization-Cadres Department of the Government,
DECREE:
Article 1.- Approves the number of forty-five (45) members of the Provincial People's Council, sixteen (16) electoral units, and the number of representatives elected at each electoral unit for the Provincial People's Council of Tây Ninh Province (attached list);
Article 2. - The Chairman of the People's Committee of Tây Ninh Province; the Minister, Head of the Organization-Cadres Department of the Government, and the Minister, Director of the Government Office shall be responsible for implementing this Decree.
