THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
Pursuant to Decree No. 73/CP dated November 1, 1995 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
Pursuant to Decision No. 139/1999-QD-BNN-KHCN dated October 11, 1999 of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development on the issuance of the Regulation on Recognition and Management of Agricultural Testing Laboratories;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Science, Technology and Product Quality Department.
DECISION:
Article 1. Recognize the Tea Quality Control Laboratory under the Export Tea Quality Inspection Center as an Agricultural Testing Laboratory for the tests listed in Appendix 1.
Article 2. The laboratory shall have a seal with code number 10. The seal shall be in the form and content as presented in Appendix 2. The seal may only be used to confirm test results issued by the laboratory.
Article 3. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of signature. The Heads of the Ministry's Office, the Director of the Science and Technology Department, the Director of the Export Tea Quality Inspection Center, and related units shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.

The seal is divided into two parts with a horizontal line at two-thirds from the top.
