DECREE-LAW
OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
NO. 132/SL DATED AUGUST 19, 1950
THE PRESIDENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 254-SL dated November 19, 1948 organizing the people's administration during the resistance period;
Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 3-SL dated May 11, 1949 establishing the Hanoi Resistance Administrative Committee under the Central Government;
Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 150-SL dated December 31, 1949 defining the powers of the Ministry of Interior Affairs;
ISSUES THE FOLLOWING DECREE:
Article 1: Mr. Ngo Duy Cao is hereby appointed as a member of the Hanoi Resistance Committee.
Article 2: The Minister of Interior Affairs shall implement this Decree-Law accordingly.
