Decree No. 132/SL appoints certain individuals as members of the Resistance Committee concurrently with administrative functions in the South.

OF THE CHAIRMAN OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM

PRESIDENT OF THE VIETNAM DEMOCRATIC REPUBLICIC GOVERNMENT

Pursuant to the resolution of the Government establishing the South Vietnam Anti-French Resistance Committee and the Central Vietnam Anti-French Resistance Committee,

Pursuant to Decree No. 182/SL dated September 13, 1946 on the reorganization of the South Vietnam Anti-French Resistance Committee,

Pursuant to Decree No. 78/SL dated September 3, 1947 on the declaration of personnel of the Anti-French Resistance Committees at all levels,

Pursuant to Decree No. 91/SL dated October 1, 1947 on the establishment of the Anti-French Resistance and Administrative Committees at provincial, district, prefecture, county, and commune levels,

Pursuant to Decree No. 120/SL dated January 25, 1948 abolishing the South Vietnam Anti-French Resistance Committee and establishing the Central Vietnam Anti-French Resistance and Administrative Committee and the South Vietnam Anti-French Resistance and Administrative Committee,

At the request of the Minister of Interior, the Minister of National Defense, and the General Commander of the National Army of Vietnam,

After the Council of Ministers and the Standing Committee of the National Assembly have agreed,

ISSUES THE DECREE:

Article 1

The following gentlemen are hereby appointed as members of the South Vietnam Anti-French Resistance and Administrative Committee:

Mr. Phạm Văn Bạch,

Mr. Phạm Ngọc Thuận,

Mr. Nguyễn Binh,

Mr. Trần Bửu Khoát,

Mr. Nguyễn Thanh Sơn,

Mr. Nguyễn Thanh Vinh,

Mr. Kha Văn Can,

Mr. Ung Văn Khiêm,

Mr. Hoàng Xuân Nhi

Mr. Nguyễn Văn Hường

Mr. Nguyễn Ngọc Nhất,

Article 2

The following gentlemen are hereby appointed as advisors to the South Vietnam Anti-French Resistance and Administrative Committee;

Mr. Cao Triêu Phát,

Mr. Nguyễn Bá Sang,

Article 3

The Ministers of Interior and National Defense and the General Commander of the National Army of Vietnam shall implement this decree.
