BASED ON THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 15/CP OF MARCH 2, 1993, PROVIDING THE TASKS, POWERS, AND RESPONSIBILITIES FOR STATE MANAGEMENT BY MINISTRIES AND GOVERNMENT AGENCIES OF EQUAL STATUS;
BASED ON THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 96/CP OF DECEMBER 7, 1993, PROVIDING THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS, AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF LABOR, WAR INVALIDS, AND SOCIAL AFFAIRS;
BASED ON ARTICLE 6 OF THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 06/CP OF JANUARY 20, 1995, AND CIRCULAR NO. 10/1998/TT-BLDTBXH OF MAY 28, 1998, ISSUED BY THE MINISTRY OF LABOR, WAR INVALIDS, AND SOCIAL AFFAIRS, GUIDING THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE REGIME FOR PROVIDING PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT;
CONSIDERING THE PROPOSAL OF THE DIRECTOR OF THE LABOR PROTECTION DEPARTMENT;
DECISION:
Article 1. ISSUES THE SUPPLEMENT TO THE LIST OF PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT FOR WORKERS ENGAGED IN JOBS WITH DANGEROUS AND HARMFUL FACTORS (ANNEX 1 ATTACHED);
Article 2. AMENDS SOME ITEMS IN THE LIST OF PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT FOR WORKERS ENGAGED IN JOBS WITH DANGEROUS AND HARMFUL FACTORS ALREADY ISSUED WITH DECISION NO. 955/1998/QD-BLDTBXH OF SEPTEMBER 22, 1998 (ANNEX 2 ATTACHED);
Article 3. FOR PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT FOR WORKERS ENGAGED IN JOBS WITH DANGEROUS AND HARMFUL FACTORS NOT PROVIDED IN THE LISTS ACCOMPANYING DECISION NO. 955/1998/QD-BLDTBXH AND THIS DECISION, OR NECESSITATING SUPPLEMENTATION AND AMENDMENT, MINISTRIES, SECTORS, AND LOCALITIES MUST REVIEW AND PREPARE A LIST TO BE SUBMITTED TO THE MINISTRY OF LABOR, WAR INVALIDS, AND SOCIAL AFFAIRS FOR STUDY AND ISSUANCE;
Article 4. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT FROM JANUARY 1, 2000./.
