DECISION:
Article 1. ISSUES THE SUPPLEMENT TO THE LIST OF PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT FOR WORKERS ENGAGED IN JOBS WITH DANGEROUS AND HARMFUL FACTORS (ANNEX 1 ATTACHED);
Article 2. AMENDS SOME ITEMS IN THE LIST OF PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT FOR WORKERS ENGAGED IN JOBS WITH DANGEROUS AND HARMFUL FACTORS ALREADY ISSUED WITH DECISION NO. 955/1998/QD-BLDTBXH OF SEPTEMBER 22, 1998 (ANNEX 2 ATTACHED);
Article 3. FOR PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT FOR WORKERS ENGAGED IN JOBS WITH DANGEROUS AND HARMFUL FACTORS NOT PROVIDED IN THE LISTS ACCOMPANYING DECISION NO. 955/1998/QD-BLDTBXH AND THIS DECISION, OR NECESSITATING SUPPLEMENTATION AND AMENDMENT, MINISTRIES, SECTORS, AND LOCALITIES MUST REVIEW AND PREPARE A LIST TO BE SUBMITTED TO THE MINISTRY OF LABOR, WAR INVALIDS, AND SOCIAL AFFAIRS FOR STUDY AND ISSUANCE;
Article 4. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT FROM JANUARY 1, 2000./.
